He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Holden Thomas Sr. and Clarice Thomas (White); his wife Norma Thomas (Fowler); his daughter Debra Callner; his grandson Samuel Callner; his son-in-law Matthew Nelson; and his sister Florence Greene (Midge).
He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Lowe (William G. Lowe) of Bridgehampton, NY, Patricia Weinstein (Joseph), Gary Holden Thomas (Amy Barber-Thomas) of Bennington, VT and Laurie Nelson (Paul Cwieka) of Waltham, ME.; and his grandchildren, Geoffrey Thomas (Mary), Kate Berkoski (Craig), Garrett Lowe (Paola), Brittany Nash (Greg), Joshua Weinstein (Jessenia), Sara Peterson (Chase), Griffin Thomas, Holden Thomas (Kaitlin), Spencer Thomas (Jennifer), Quincy Thomas, Regan Nelson and Elise Nelson. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, several step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Second Congregational Church (115 Hillside St, Bennington, VT 05201).
