He is survived by: his wife Tina Gabert (Smith) of Sunderland; his children, Tim Butler of Sunderland, Melissa Cross of Arlington and Amanda Gabert of Sunderland; his siblings, Mark, Raymond, Billy, Kenneth Gabert, Charles Hale, Rhonda, Rachel Gabert and Maggie Hale; and his grandchildren, Scottie Gabert, Kolby Huckins, Savanah and William Cross. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
