She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen J. Williams of Bennington. She is survived by: her daughters, Merchants Bank, Michelle Williams and Holly Williams of Shaftsbury; and her cousins, Terry Brandi of North Carolina and Ron Lindsey of Shaftsbury.
