He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard Dow and Cora Dow (Belcher); his wife Kathleen Dow of Bennington, VT; his daughter Joanne Sharby (Bruce) of Bennington, VT; his grandchildren, Theodore and Courtney Garrison; his stepgrandsons, Shane and Brandon Sharby; and his sister Ruth Dow Walker.
