He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Provensal and Stasia Provensal (Wrubleski); his sons-in-law, Steven Krawczyk and Tim Douglass; and his brothers-in-law, Butch Farrington and Jack Griffin.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jean Farrington of Bennington, VT; his brother William; his sister-in-law Jean Provensal of Hoosick Falls, NY; his grandchildren, Amie Niles, Jeremy Reed, Jerrica Reed, Heather Huntley (Zachary), Erin Douglass, Justin Spencer and Jenna Spencer; his great grandchildren, Keegan Niles, Korbin Niles, Emery Burdick, Finleigh Burdick, Jaxson Reed and Cooper Reed; his niece Kimberly Provensal (Mary Catherine) of Derry, NH; his nephew Scott Provensal of Salem, MA; his great-nieces, Colleen, Clara Provensal and Cora Provensal; and his great-nephew Jasper.
