She was predeceased by: her parents, Perle M. Cross and Irene H. Cross (Gulley); her husband Howard S. Ruggles Sr.; and her siblings, Virginia Green, Edward "Sonny" Cross and Perle Cross.
She is survived by: her close friends, Kathy, Keith Tatro, Emily Crofut and Larry Darling; her children, Glenn Ruggles (Sandy), Ken Ruggles (Vicky), Brenda Davis, Timothy and Howard Ruggles; and her sisters, Teresa Livingston and Dorie Lucas. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
