He is survived by: his children, Timothy LaFountain (Allison) of Bennington, Shawn LaFountain of Bennington, Nicole LaFountain Bump (Earl) of Bennington and Martha LaFountain (Caleb) of Bennington; his wife Susan Gates LaFountain; and his siblings, Jean LaFountain of Bennington, Marie West of Bennington and Shirley Boisvert (Gaston) of Cambridge, NY..
