She was predeceased by: her mother Crystal L. Telford; and her grandparents, Bernard Higgins, Patricia Grogan and William J. Grogan Sr.. She is survived by: her father Heath Grogan; her daughter Hazel Paige; her siblings, Jordan Telford (Amy), Sandy Grogan, Brook Grogan, Dawn Grogan and Kennen Grogan; her stepsiblings, Codi King and Olivia Clark; her grandmother Mary Higgins; and her aunts and uncles, Vonda Grogan, Wendy Tyrone, Michelle Flower, William J. Grogan Jr. and Paul Higgins. She is also survived by many other family members, including several nieces, nephews and cousins.
