She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Goodwin and Nancy Etta Goodwin (Davis); her husband Charles Whitman; and her daughter Linda Sue Denue. She is survived by: her granddaughter Jennifer Johnson (Gary); her great grandchildren, Derek Hurley Jr., Michael Hurley and Jack Hurley; her siblings, Donald Goodwin and Etta Goodwin; and also Dawn Tripp. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, special friends, and neighbors.
