She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Gates and Calvin Bourtell; her brothers, David and Bruce; and her grandchildren, Randy Jr., Shanna, Kaleb and Harley Blair.

She is survived by: her sons, David Blair of Rome, NY and Randy Blair of Bennington, VT; her grandchildren, Tiffany Gaghich, Celine, Shane, Dakota, Dustin Blair and Gail O'Dell; and her siblings, Lindan Bourtell (Sonny), Darlene Walker and Michael Gates. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
