He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alexander John and Berta Ruth Thomson (Gardner); his grandparents, John A. and Agnes Thomson; his children, John Edward, Scott Francis, Robert Noel, Ross Alexander and Senga Ruth; his grandchildren, Alexandra Mya, Phoebe May Thomson, Mathew Leonard and Miles Francis Smith; his great grandchild Jude Elliot Learner; and his brothers, Robert Thomson (Sally) of Bonita Springs and William Thomson of Bennington. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
