Though Joanne may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Hilliard (Davis) and Leon Hilliard Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Harry Rice Jr.; her daughter Michelle Francoure (Dan); her stepchildren, Stephanie Harwood (Russell) and Jeremy Rice; her grandchildren, Amanda Francoure (Chris Carpenter) and Aaron Francoure; her great grandchild Maribell Francoure; and her siblings, Diane Blest and Leon Hilliard Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
