He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cooper and Daisy Cooper (Wells). He is survived by: his children, Jane R. Cooper of Carmel, NY and Vincent Cooper of Queensbury, NY.; and his sisters, Jane Cooper of Bennington, VT. and Tempey Cooper of Bennington, VT.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
