He is survived by: his parents, Janice Whitten (Knapp) and Claude Hoard; his significant other Selina Toro; his children, Nikki Herschler (Josh), Kasey Elmore (Josh), Alida Siebken (Adam) and Travis Hoard; his grandchildren, Hannah, Norah, Eden, Josephine, Selah, Claire, Dorothy, Henry and Oskar; his brother John Hoard (Paula); and his nieces, Savannah and Machalia. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
