He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Monroe and Helen Monroe (Potter); and his brother Franklin "Sonny" Monroe. He is survived by: his pet Dexter; his wife Pamela Monroe of North Bennington; his daughters, Tracy Rennell (Jamie Jelley), Holly Glaski (Christopher) and Julie Monroe (Mike Shultz); his grandchildren, Taylor, Calli Rennell, Kylan, Jillian Glaski, Magnus and Gunnar Shultz; his sister Pat Shepard of Bennington; and his sister-in-law Mary Lou Monroe of North Bennington. He is also survived by several nieces nephews and cousins.
