She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertram Monroe and Dorothy Monroe (Jordan); and her brothers, David, Joseph and Clive Monroe.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur L. "Stubby" Prentiss; her children, Arthur L. Prentiss Jr. of Bennington, Valerie Prentiss of Bennington, Crystal Clifford (Tom) of Cambridge, NY and Amy Rogers (Matt) of North Bennington; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Chelsea Reppin, Jenna, Elyse, Lindsey Prentiss, Sydney, Noah Clifford, Zachary, Joshua and Elijah Rogers; her great grandchildren, Kyndra, Shealynn, Finnleigh Caslin, Franky and Amarian Rivera; and her sisters, Audrey Matheson of Bennington and Geraldine Campney of Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
