He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred L. Towslee and Myrtle Towslee (Mattison); and his siblings, Frances Streeter, Virginia Pratt, Billy Towslee and Donna Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Towslee (Crosier); his children, Melissa Barnard (Ron) of Bennington, Jodi Albowicz (Ray) of Bennington, Terrie Onorato, Gary Racicot of Woodford, Fred W. Towslee (Tracy) of Woodford, John Towslee (Deborah) of Bennington and Joseph Towslee (Todd Cusumano) of Ft. Worth; his grandchildren, Brennon, Brooke, Annie, Connor, Che, Shawna and Calli; and his great grandchildren, Allie Mae, Ava, Adalynn and Charlie.
