He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Snow Sr. and Hazel Snow (Barnard); his wife Joan Sawtell; and his son Frank W. Snow III. He is survived by: his children, Richard Setzer Sr. (Priscilla) and Debbie McLean. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
