We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2024, at the age of 32, Frank F. Ruggles of Bennington, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Tyler; his stepfather John "Upper" Coon; and his grandparents, Patricia Brown, Franklin James Ruggles and Nancy Lou Ruggles.
He is survived by: his parents, Frank Ruggles Sr. (Leann) of Laurens, SC and Tracy Reynolds (Leverette Harrington) of Bennington, VT; his siblings, Roxanne Prew (Nelson), Joel, Harley, Jordan (Jessica) and Loni of Bennington, VT.; his grandparents, John, Nancy Coon, Fred McDonald of Bennington, VT and Bill Reynolds Sr. of Swanton, VT.; his stepfather John "Jack" Sherman of Bennington, VT.; his uncle Billy of Greenwich, NY.; his cousin Billie-Jean Reynolds; and also Wendy "Stancie" Joly of Shaftsbury, VT.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
