She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Barschdorf and Violet Barschdorf (Sorell); her son Raymond Pratt; and her siblings, Jane E. Marino, Irene Joly, Arthur, James, William, Alfred and John.
She is survived by: her former husband John H. Forkey; her husband Wilford N. Pratt; and her children, Cheryl A. Pratt of Branson, MO. and Dennis M. Pratt of Branson, Missouri.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
