He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Armstrong and Hazel Armstrong (Douglass). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Armstrong (Stratton) of Bennington; his sons, Timothy David Armstrong (Teri) of Bennington and Theodore S. Armstrong of Bennington; his sisters, Hope Leonard (Toby) of Bennington and June Coyne of Bennington; his grandchildren, Kelsey Whitman (Patrick) of Rhode Island, Katelyn Hafner (Ed) of Rhode Island, Corey Armstrong (Emily) of New York and Haley Armstrong of Hoosick Falls; and his great grandchild Emma Hafner.
