She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Vadakin and Myrtle Vadakin (Church); her daughter Harriet Harrington; her foster son Mark Chaplin; and her siblings, Clayton, Robert, Forrest Vadakin and Blanche Harwood.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Burgess (Wendy) of Bennington, Timothy Burgess (Melissa Stratton) of Bennington, Ronald Burgess of Bennington and Kevin Burgess (Karen) of Colchester, VT.. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren nieces, nephews and cousins.
