He is survived by: his daughters, Kayla Lorraine Gulley of Shaftsbury, VT and Kasey Colleen Bezio of East Dorset, VT.; his brothers, David Blake of Georgia, Allen Blake of Georgia and Stacey Blake of Texas; his grandchildren, Ayden, Rylan Forrest, Aurora and Ellis Gulley; and his nieces, Marlisa and Tavia Blake.
