With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara A. Vigsnes of Bennington, Vermont, who passed away on November 1, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace LaMar and Charles Andrews; and her sister Mary Jane Andrews. She is survived by: her husband Birger; her granddaughter Susan (Briar Alpert); her children, Sage, Carly and Elizabeth (late Alan Bates); her granddaughters, Natalie (Drew Hayes), Lydia (Jonathan) and Audrey (Evan); her son Erik (Kristen); her grandchild Ryder; her great grandchild Ryder Hayes; and her sister Carrie Harlan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
