He was predeceased by: his father Carl Chaffee. He is survived by: his parent Nancy Chaffee (DiBernardo); his spouse Dawn McCullough; his daughters, Vanessa Chaffee (Jonathon Gibbs) and Caitlin Chaffee (Tyler Langlais); his stepchildren, Dalton Morse and Jordan Morse; his siblings, Gregory Chaffee (Lorraine) of Langdon, NH and Carla West (Todd) of Rockingham, VT; and his grandchild Mayson.
