It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Leonard Emerson (Barton, Vermont), born in Springfield, Vermont, who passed away on November 12, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff (Clare) and Seth (Deb); his former wife Rickie Emerson; his siblings, Jon (Betsy), Russell (Barbara), Barry (Karen) and Candice (Richard); his grandchildren, Jake and Abi; and his parents, Sibyl Emerson (Leonard) and Waldo Emerson. He is also survived by his grandchildren in London or when at the family camp in Jaffrey, NH, where he loved judging the quality of his sons', nieces' and nephews.
Barton, VT - Don Leonard Emerson died peacefully at Maple Lane Nursing Home in Barton, VT on November 12 at the age of 79, after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
