Banker (Barre, Vermont), born in Thetford, Vermont, who passed away on October 31, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Banker and Agnes Banker (Smith); his wife Catherine Banker; and his children, Timmy, Walter Jr. and Susan.

He is survived by: his children, Irwin Banker and Karen; and his brothers, Norman Banker of Hartford, Neil Banker and Springfield.
