We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2020, at the age of 96, Violet Sherman (Barre, Vermont) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira B. Harvey and Lillian R. Harvey (Marvin); and her sisters, Dorothy Merchant and Lillian Griffith. She is survived by: her husband Dalton E. Sherman, Sr.; her children, Donna Green (Carroll) of Punta Gorda, FL, Dalton Sherman, Jr. (Patricia) of Duxbury and Linda Sherman of Duxbury; and her grandchildren, Gail Morrill, Timothy Green, Tamie Shappy, Tracy Segar, Doreen MacKenzie, Jeanne Mouser, Josh Sherman, Walter Mann Jr., Robert Mann and Theresa Mann. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren and 20 great great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews and extended family.
