He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Murtagh and Marjorie Murtagh (Bedell); and his brothers, Richard and Gary. He is survived by: his wife Jane Murtagh (Bell); his sons, Patrick Luce (Mary) and Chad Luce; and his siblings, Edward, David, Andrew, Susan and Sandra. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
