We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Ruth W. Rand of Barre, Vermont, born in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Orris Wheeler and Esther Wheeler (Bond); her husband Clement Rand; her son Keith Rand; and her sister Patricia Culver.

She is survived by: her children, Catherine Smith (Craig) of Barre and Kevin Rand of Calais; and her sisters, Mary Garcia (Manuel) and Doris Phillips. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Woodridge Nursing Home Activities Fund, Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Home, PO Box 550, Barre, VT 05641.
