He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Elmer and Fayra Elmer (Clement) of Orange, VT.; his sister Shirlene Bolles (Leland); and his brother-in-law James Massie. He is survived by: his wife Cecile Badeau; his son Rodney Elmer (Theresa); his grandchildren, Christopher, Rion, Casey and Taylor of Maine; his daughter Veronica Parent (Marco) of Williamstown; his granddaughter Krystal; his sister Marilyn Massie; and also Melvin Elmer (Kristy). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces and their extended families.
