With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert E. Tucker (Barre, Vermont), who passed away on September 2, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Tucker and Dorothy Tucker (Gordon); and his siblings, Raymond Tucker, Roselyn Partridge and Nancy Spear.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Nelson; his daughter Rebecca Aitchison (Brian); his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Connor of Berlin, VT; his son James (Margo) of Hamden, CT; his sister Marilyn Blake (Wendell) of East Barre, VT; and his sister-in-law Margaret Harlow (Don) of Putney, VT. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins, and of course long-time friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice.
