He is survived by: his parents, Roger MacAuley and Eleanor MacAuley (Robbins) of Barre; his former wife Cynthia Larkin; his wife Penny MacAuley of Orange; his daughters, Melanie Lakin of Orange and Angela MacAuley-Rouleau of Orange; his stepson Mark Abare of Williamstown; and his siblings, Arnold MacAuley of Williamston, Mike MacAuley of Barre, Scott MacAuley of Barre and Lori MacAuley of Austin, TX. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
