It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Bell (Barre, Vermont), who passed away on May 4, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Chester Bell and Ethel Bell (Queor); his wife Stephanie Bell of Barre; his sons, Stephen Bell (Christina) of Roxbury and Lee Bell (Sharon) of Barre; his brother Douglas Bell of Barre; and his aunt Pauline Pombar of Northfield. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
