It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny J. Miller of Barre, Vermont, who passed away on July 28, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Lemieux and Teddi Lemieux (Johnson); and her sister Julie Lemieux. She is survived by: her husband Mark Miller; and her daughter Emma (Matt). She is also survived by her son Montana; her two sisters; and her brother as well as many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.
