Matthew A. Cota Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2025, at the age of 56, Matthew A. Cota of Barre, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lary Miles Cota and Ruth Cota Weston (Jennings). He is survived by: his son Devon Michael Cota (Ashley); his former wife Kathy Cota; his daughter Kaitlyn Lary (Ryder Lary); his grandchildren, Rayna Mae Lary, Owen Layke Lary, Madison Grace Cota, Peyton and P'Sophia Cota; his siblings, Glen Cota (Suzanne Cota) and Michele Wilcox (Cota); his nephew Andrew Cota; and his nieces, Alison Farr (Cota), Grace Wilcox and Haley Wilcox. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mutuo (20 Beckley St, Barre, VT 05641).
