She was predeceased by: her father John C. Hood,; and her brother Gregory A. Hood. She is survived by: her mother Beverly E. Hood, Sr. (Jones); her children, Courtney (Bobbi Otis) and Trevor Hood of Barre; her grandchildren, Shyanne, Joe, Addison Otis Keough, Aaliyah, Savannah, Peyton Hood and Josie Haggett; her siblings, Gail Bessette (Gary Davis), Jean (Michael Perrigo) and John (Diane Hood, Jr.); and also Beverly Hood of Barre. She is also survived by five nephews, three nieces, and many cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hooker Whitcomb Funeral Home (7 Academy St, Barre, VT 05641).
