With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph A. Maiola of Barre, Vermont, born in Claremont, New Hampshire, who passed away on January 7, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Maiola (Michael) and Anna Maiola (Marro). He is survived by: his wife Palmira Maiola (Polly) of Barre; his daughter Melanie Maiola (Kevin Hardy) of Barre; his grandchildren, Isabel of Boston and John of Washington, D. C.; his son John Maiola of Boston; and his grandchildren, Colby and Morgan of Massachusetts. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
