It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne P. Norway of Barre, Vermont, born in Randolph, Vermont, who passed away on June 2, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Perkins and Evelyn "Billie" Perkins. She is survived by: her son Charles Norway (Robyn); her grandchildren, Savannah, Pace of Waterbury, Samantha Apfel (Steven) of Barre and Scarlett Apfel; and her siblings, Terry Perkins (Mary) of Springfield and Pamela Wark (Peter) of Barre.
