It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas T. Denison (Barre, Vermont), who passed away on September 30, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thayne Denison and Florence Denison (Carrier); his former spouse Pat Vallie; his child Jimmie; his stepdaughter Julia; his wife Sarah Field; his children, Jenny Denison Coates of Burlington and Jimmy Denison of Barre; and his grandchildren, Olivia Coates and Harrison Coates.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Doug's name to the St. Monica's Church for the benefit of Father Jude's Christian school mission for youth education in Uganda, c/o St. Monica Catholic Church, 79 Summer Street, Barre, VT 05641.
