He is survived by: his son Tip of Somers; his grandchild Hardware; his children, Donald E. Ruggles and Barbara (Scott) of Montpelier, VT; his grandchildren, Kimberly (Lawrence) and Kristopher (Trish); his great grandchild Carolina June Goodrich; and his siblings, Harold E. Ruggles, Francis Ruggles of Berlin, VT and Lucy Frasier (Bob) of Colchester, VT..
