He is survived by: his parents, Kendell Welch III and Christina Singleton; his sisters, Caitlin and Callie; his grandparents, Denise Singleton (David Armstrong), Donald Singleton (Dorothy), Kendell Welch II and Kimberly Gilleney (Peter); and his pet Gunner. He is also survived by his uncle, aunts, cousins.
