He was predeceased by: his parents, William Raymond and Helen Abbott (Gray); his siblings, Mark, William, Jr., Knight, Laura and Zenith; and his stepdaughter Cynthia Button.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Abbott; his sister Nancy Streeter; his niece Martha Sanborn; his siblings-in-law, June Phillips (Samuel) and Leonard Wellman (Anita); and also Nancy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
