Anne E. Fleming-Hogan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2018, at the age of 53, Anne E. Fleming-Hogan (Barre, Vermont) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Seamus Fleming; her sister-in-law Pamela Watson; and also, Arthur Hogan and Helen Hogan. She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth of Berlin; her husband Brendan; her children, Liam Hogan of Barre, Cellan Hogan of Barre and Eamon Hogan of Barre; her sister Mary Fleming of Plainfield; her nieces, Elizabeth Chizmar (Jason) of Springfield, Serena Franks of Plainfield and Krista Franks (Matt Shangraw) of Williamstown; her siblings-in-law, Helen Hogan of Burlington, Kathleen Danehey (Charles), Maura, Charlie, James of Hopewell Junction, Bridget Hogan Cole (Brian), Mathew, Ben of Valencia, Arthur Hogan (Eileen), Rush, Ashleigh of Duxbury and Patrick Watson Hogan; her children, Caroline, Andrew and Ethan; her grandson Caleb of Boca Raton; and also, Coleson of Barre, Nash of Springfield, Nora of Springfield, Michael Hogan (Monica), Aidan, Megan and Caitlin of Hingham. She is also survived by friends were integral to her life and she leaves behind several lifelong friends.
