She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Garneau and Edith Garneau (Rankin); her daughter Susan Jean Bailey; her grandson Matthew Bailey; her siblings, Raymond, Arthur Garneau, Jr and Lorretta Grey; her former husband Richard O. Bailey; and her parents-in-law, Grace (Stearns) and Marty Byrnes.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Arthur (Lisa Bailey), Robert Edward (Sherry Bailey), Lorrie Ann (Mario Leclerc) and Sharon Jean (Thomas Lyons); and her siblings, Richard, Ralph, Ronald, Helen Garneau and Mildred Therrian. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
