He is survived by: his wife Heather; his daughters, Alexa and Emily; his parents, Joseph Patrick Counter and Mary Julia Counter (Garbacik); and his siblings, Mariellen Counter of Agawam, MA, Kathleen Counter (Tyrone Settles) of Agawam, MA, Kristen Counter of Agawam, MA, John Counter (Kim Hudson) of New Haven, CT, Kevin Counter and Kerri LaPlante (Chris) of Westhampton, MA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and grand nieces.
