She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Wendy Treash (Steve Sullman) of Yarmouthport, Deborah Simpson (Lee) of Winchester and Linda Treash (Eben Farinas) of Barnard, VT; her grandchildren, Sam, Natalie Grandaw, Erica (Megan), Christopher, Lucy Simpson, Adam, Django and Marlena Farinas; her half-sister Lisa Petrillo Samoylenko; her daughter Seija of Bedford; her half-brother Paul Petrillo of Branford, CT.; and her parents, Martha Petrillo and Sal Petrillo.
Going out to lunch and dinner with family was her main pleasure in recent years, and it was badly missed when the pandemic and accompanying mobility challenges got in the way.
Vanessa was a devoted dog lover and donations can be made in her name to any humane society.
