She was predeceased by: her father Evan E. Colby. She is survived by: her mother Jeannine Colby of Woodstock; her sisters, Janice Rogers and Joanne Logan; and her grandchildren, Rorie, Cole and Sawyer.
It was Jerri's wish that any memorial tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
