Chester Floyd Palmer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2023, at the age of 83, Chester Floyd Palmer of Barnard, Vermont, born in Rutland, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Palmer and Florence Palmer (Davis); and his brother Clayton Palmer. He is survived by: his daughter Janice Chamberlin; his granddaughters, Tanya and Susan; his son Marc Palmer (Amy); his grandchildren, Codie, Tyler and Mariah; his daughter Lee Barnum (Richard "Bucky"); his granddaughters, Jessica and Emily; his children, Karin Chamberlin (Robert) and Casey Palmer (Maryjo); his grandchildren, Reese and Chance; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Trevor, Luke and Brynlee; and his former wife Sandy Palmer. He is also survived by other relatives, his long-time pony pulling partner, and many other friends.

Memorial donations are appreciated to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
