He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Cook and Jessiemae Cook (Decker); his siblings, Richard and Beverly Hughes; and his grandson Justin.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Kevin, Tracy Wells, Sheila Kaiser (Dennis) and Carolyn Vento (Jim); and his siblings, Ethel Ross, Howard and Delbert (Brenda). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
